EMGS sells Barents Sea data

Electromagnetic Geoservices ASA (EMGS) has won new contracts in Norway, worth $4 million.

The company has entered into two new data licensing agreements with two oil companies for the provision of 3D EM data from EMGS’ multi-client data library in the Barents Sea.

EMGS has said that the agreements are worth $4 million, net after adjustment for partner’s share of revenues.

EMGS did not disclose the names of the clients.
