Dutch Gasunie adds members to executive board
The Dutch gas infrastructure company, Gasunie, said Annie Krist and Ulco Vermeulen will join the company’s executive board as ‘titular members’ as of May 1, 2016.
The appointments have been approved by the supervisory board and the ministry of finance that represents the state of the Netherlands as the company’s sole shareholder, Gasunie said in a statement.
Annie Krist is currently CEO of Gasunie Transport Services, company’s unit responsible for the management, operation and development of the national transmission system in the Netherlands.
Together with Ulco Vermeulen who is director of participations & business development, Krist will join Han Fennema, CEO of Gasunie and René Oudejans, CFO, on the company’s board.
