Maridive wins OSV contract in Egypt

Maridive & Oil Services has announced that the company has won a contract worth $26 million in the Offshore Support Vessel (OSV) segment for Petrobel in Egypt.

The 2-year contract is scheduled to start in Q4-2014.

Maridive’s Q1 consolidated financial results had shown $1.1 million net profit, with a drop by 74% y/y from $4.3 million.

Maridive Group was established in 1978 in Port Said as a Joint Stock company. The company has expanded over the years together with its subsidiaries Maridive Offshore Projects, Maritide, Valentine Maritime and Ocean Marine FZC. It now has a strong reputation for excellence and efficiency in the offshore oil and gas services fields.

Today, Maridive Group owns 74 marine units and service boats representing the largest integrated fleet operator for oil services in the region.
