Poland: Gdańsk Maritime Institute Announces Platform Installation Tender

Maritime Institute in Gdańsk has announced a tender of a total value of 463,226 EUR (580.000 USD).

The project includes the work of supply and installation of a stand-alone platform for ROV sampling and phyto-zoobenthos and marine environment measurements and the installation on board the awarding vessel Cego r/v IMOR.

The stand-alone platform will be delivered fully Cego integrated and equipped to be immediately functional.

The ROV will either be a Cougar-XT type, Saab Seaeye or equivalent.

Also included into the contract is the trainer’s guide and ongoing maintenance.

The period for project completion is six months and the deadline for submission is 29. June 2012.

Maritime Institute in Gdańsk is a research and development unit supervised by Ministry of Maritime Economy. For over fifty years the Institute has been closely associated with maritime economy. The Institute conducts research work, scientific and implementation projects, studies and assessments.
