Norske Shell, a subsidiary of the UK-headquartered energy giant Shell, has entrusted AGR, part of the Oslo-listed energy and marine consultancy Aqualis (formerly ABL Group), with the task of supplying the human capital for its onshore and offshore operations in Norway.
