Swire Oilfield Services Gets New CFO

Swire Oilfield Services has appointed Martin Shaw as its new chief financial officer.

Shaw will be based in the Aberdeen headquarters and will be responsible for the Group finance function including planning, accounting and reporting, tax and treasure, HR and IT, in addition to driving improvements in financial performance and control as part of the executive management team.

Martin Shaw joins Swire from Ocean Installer, where he held the CFO position for the last 5 years.

The appointment comes as Swire Oilfield Services continues to focus on service expansion within the oil and gas sector, with its recent acquisition of local Aviation service company Gordon Engineering Services.
