FERC clears Magnolia LNG construction

Australia’s Liquefied Natural Gas Limited on Monday informed it’s unit, Magnolia LNG, received the permit from the U.S. FERC to site, construct, and operate its LNG terminal in the Lake Charles District, Louisiana.

Update: Oregon LNG terminates its export project

Oregon LNG confirmed media reports that it is withdrawing its liquefied natural gas export project in Warrenton, Oregon, at the mouth of the Columbia River.

CNOOC launches 174,000 cbm LNG newbuild

CNOOC said on Friday that a 174,000 cbm LNG carrier, the largest ever built in China has been launched at Hudong-Zhonghua Shipbuilding.
