Norwegian oil and gas player Vår Energi has embarked on a mission to high-grade its portfolio on the Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS) to strengthen long-term value creation through deals that encompass the acquisition of Pandion Energy’s portfolio, a swap agreement with DNO Norge, a subsidiary of DNO, and divestments of stakes in two fields to Orlen Upstream Norway, a subsidiary of Poland’s Orlen, and Concedo.
