Collision at sea: Fingers pointed at Naval ship

The head-on collision between Indian naval ship INS Prahar and container vessel MV Rajiv Gandhi off the Goa coast on Friday night was caused by a navigational error by the Defence ship, according to Shipping Corporation of India (SCI) sources. INS Prahar sank in the incident.
