RNLI calls for Lough Swilly dredging

The RNLI at Lough Swilly has called for the harbour to be dredged after it was unable to deploy its big rescue boat today. The boat could not be deployed because of low water levels in the bay caused, the RNLI says, by the failure to dredge the harbour.
