The Dung Quat Shipbuilding Industry Corporation on October 30 began building a 104,000-tonne oil tanker named “Dung Quat 01”, the largest of its kind built in Vietnam so far. The construction, which uses technology from Poland, will be supervised by the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS).
