IHC Holland Merwede is delighted to announce that the Group has decided to participate as a majority share holder in a together with Van Sluisveld Beheer to be established company. The name of the new company is: ‘Verenigde Scheepswerf Heusden BV’ (VSH). As the name already indicates, the company will be domiciled in Heusden (Netherlands) on the location of the former Heusden Shipyards BV. VSH will take over nearly all 75 permanent employees that were already working at the location. VSH will rent the real estate from Van Sluisveld.
