UTE Dique Torres, the project prime contractor, has awarded the reclamation contract for the extension of the Port of Gijón to Van Oord via its Spanish subsidiary Dravosa. The client is the Autoridad Portuaria de Gijón.
Completion of the project is scheduled for 2010, and the total value of the contract amounts to approximately Euros 65 million; Dravosa’s share accounts for 60 per cent of this.
