The first cruise ship to visit the Isle of Man for 2009 has weighed anchor in Douglas Bay. The MS Marco Polo arrived on Saturday morning with around 800 passengers and is cruising around the British Isles. Geoff Corkish, from Manx Department of Tourism, said he was pleased the Isle of Man was being recognised as a cruise destination.
