The International Maritime Organization (IMO) can lead the way in establishing an efficiency regime to tackle the CO2 emissions issue, according to the views of Christopher Koch, president & CEO of World Shipping Council (WSC). He said the transport industry produces roughly 28% of the world’s CO2 emissions.
