Ac-cording to the normal procedure, the EU will make a deci-sion within the period ending Thursday, 17 June. “Therefore, by Friday of next week, we will know whether the DFDS-Norfolkline transaction can be approved in Phase 1, or whether the authorities will take more time and have the case transferred to Phase 2.
