From August 29th to August 31st, DNV carried out annual audit upon the integrated management system of quality, environment and occupational health in Changxing Shipyard. During the 3 days, the audit team went to the workshops and the berths, got onboard and entered the dock against the harshly hot weather to fetch an all-round overview.
Finally the audit team had the consensus that the integrated management system of Changxing Shipyard is effective, suitable and have satisfied with class standards. Suggestions were provided for problems found during the audit which certainly would help further improvement.
Top managements of CIC placed close attention upon this matter and emphasized on the first meeting of the audit that it’s our honor to cooperate with DNV, who owns the advanced technology and great reputation. They also requested that all divisions should cooperate positively, provide full support, be humble to the amendment suggestions and ensure the smooth going of the audit.
In the past four years, we have done utmost to establish a first-class management system. Constant improvement of management has enhanced our comprehensive strength and competence.
