As the requirement of “to improve the quality consciousness and management level of ship repair quality in way of quality month activities” in the notice issued by CSI, the CIC Lixin Shipyard carried out many quality month activities with respect to “improve quality and transfer development pattern” since Sept. 1st.
In this activity, the shipyard organized the functional departments and workshops to make a detailed plan and enhanced the advocacy of “Quality Month” by means of internet, digital screen, factory newspaper, broadcast and bulletin. The activities as “suggestions for improving project quality” “find and remove quality risks” and “QC Team” were hold during the quality month.
By means of full mobilization, all participation and full involved education, the staff’s quality consciousness and professional skills were improved and the upgrade of CIC Lixin Shipyard’s quality system were promoted. The staffs were concentrated on the “insure the duration, guarantee quality, ensure the safety and promote the transformation” in order to repair every ship, serve every superintendent well and provided the owners better qualities and services. Hence in the end, shipyard obtains the benefits and reputations together.
