The largest power ASD tugs of China named “Liangang 49” and “Liangang 50” were successfully delivered yesterday, January 10, by Jiangsu Zhenjiang Shipyard Group Co., Ltd.
“Liangang 49” and “Liangang 50”, 2 of 7200hp ASD tugs were delivered to Dalian Port Co., Ltd. These 2 vessels break the record which was made by Zhenjiang Shipyard last year by building 2 of 6900hp ASD tugs in August 2012. During the construction period, Zhenjiang Shipyard used special energy saving and carbon emission reduction to work on these tugs and make them get into advanced level in the world competition, especially for the power matching, function set-up, stability and maneuverability.
