A product tanker MT PRO EMERALD arrived at CIC Changxing Shipyard for repair in late January, 2013. The main work scope will be dry docking repairs and other scattered items of the special survey.
The owner of the subject vessel, a shipping company of South Korea, has enough resources of the shipping industry and operates smoothly under the current downturn market. This was the second cooperation between the owner and the shipyard since 2011, and it was also one of the achievements that China Shipping Industry (Shanghai Pudong) Co., Ltd has obtained by the strategy of developing the key customers.
The owner pays high attention to the repair quality and the shipyard will try the best to ensure the repair quality and period.
