SEAS, PIRIOU’s Vietnam-based shipyard, has delivered the 100th crew boat built by PIRIOU since 1995. FSIV BOURBON SHAMAL was christened on Saturday January the 12th by SEAS in Vietnam, prior to her ship-owner handover.
Designed by Piriou Ingénierie and Mauric Design, and built by the Piriou SEAS shipyard in Vietnam, BOURBON SHAMAL is a 53m FSIV(Fast Support Intervention Vessel).
Built in series and equipped with a class 2 dynamic positioning system (DP2), the Bourbon Shamal and its sistership Bourbon Sirocco are entirely in line with BOURBON’s fleet strategy.
