Boluda Ships Agency & Forwarding, a subsidiary of Boluda Maritime Corporation, has extended logistics services contract with Tidewater, a provider of offshore services to the energy industry.

After a year of alliance, the companies also decided to expand and reinforce the range of provided services, as Tidewater has increased the frequency of visits to Las Palmas, putting a focus on the island as the center for its operational fleet on the African coast.

Tidewater Marine is an owner of large offshore service vessels for the global energy industry. With more than 300 vessels, Tidewater has a global footprint, with over 90% of its fleet working internationally in more than 60 countries. The company’s services range from performing either transport of crews and supplies, towing and anchoring of mobile platforms and rigs, to providing assistance in offshore construction projects and performing a variety of specialized marine support services.
