China State Shipbuilding Corporation is ranked first in the world by ship orders contracted in the first 7 months.
CSSC contracted new ship orders of 12.085 million dwt, increasing by 133.3% year-on-year, accounting for 20.1% of global market share, exceeding that of HHI’s 11.71 million dwt and ranking first in the world shipbuilding groups, and completed the annual plan ahead of 5 months. In July, CSSC secured new ship orders of 3.359 million dwt which accounted for 35.1% of global share.
