Perisai Petroleum Teknologi Bhd announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, SJR Marine (L) Ltd has this evening received a notice from TL Offshore Sdn Bhd dated 21 August 2013 providing a notice period of 21 days to precede the end of the extension charter of the Derrick Lay Barge, Enterprise 3.
The Enterprise 3 is owned by SJR Marine (L) Ltd and has been on charter to TL Offshore Sdn Bhd since 2008.
The Company is considering available options in securing continuing charters of the Enterprise 3 and would make the necessary announcement thereat.
