Simek shipyard A/S of Flekkefjord, Norway, is ready to launch Yard No. 130, the second platform supply vessel based on GulfMark Offshore’s ST-216 Arctic Design.
The highly functional rough-weather PSV, featuring 1,000 square meters of valuable deck space, will be launched on Saturday 30th of November.
This state-of-the-art vessel provides the latest marine technologies – from an ergonomic bridge design and more comfortable crew accommodations to a hull shape that delivers significant fuel savings. In addition, the vessel has a green profile and will be fitted for rescue and oil recovery capabilities.
The ship will be delivered to GulfMark Offshore in February 2014.
