Otto Marine Limited, an owner and operator of a large fleet of offshore support vessels and specialized provider of offshore services, promoted Mr. See Kian Heng, Michael to Group Executive Director.
Mr. See has more than 20 years of experience in finance, human resources and general management of public listed companies in Singapore and overseas. Prior to his promotion, Mr. See was an Executive Director on Otto Marine’s Board of Directors, and has held the position of Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) since 2007.
In his expanded role, Mr. See will primarily support Otto Marine’s Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Mr. Garrick Stanley, in the functions of business development and corporate services. Mr. See will continue to oversee the financial aspects, human resource management, office administration and information technology of the Group after relinquishing his position as Otto Marine’s Group CFO in conjunction with his promotion.
Concurrently, Otto Marine has appointed Mr. Wee Sien Yang, Denville as the new CFO to be in charge of the Group’s finance and accounting matters. In his over 20 years of experience, Mr. Wee has been in charge of finance and accounting functions across the technology and marine sectors in Singapore and overseas. He is also a member of the FCA Singapore, and FCCA (UK).
