CIMC Raffles has delivered the “HYSY 932″ jack-up drilling rig to China Oilfield Services Limited (COSL) in Yantai, Shandong.
“HYSY 932″ is a Super M2 design jack-up drilling rig, based on a basic design by Friede & Goldman. CIMC Raffles completed both the detail design and shop design.
The whole construction process was supervised by Ocean Challenger, a Singapore-based company.
Main technical parameters are: LOA 59.745m; BM 55.78m; HM 7.62m; Leg Overall Length 125m; Max. Drilling Depth 9144m. It can accommodate 110 persons and is classed by ABS.
“HYSY 932″ is the 6th jack-up drilling rig constructed and delivered by CIMC RAFFLES since 2011. The rig will proceed to start its operation in Bohai Bay.
