Danish shipping company, Evergas, named is eight and final LNG-fueled “Dragon” class vessel, the JS Ineos Invention, at the Enterprise terminal in Houston.

The 27,500-cbm carriers are all capable of transporting ethane, a wide range of petrochemical gasses, LPG and LNG.

Evergas said in an earlier statement that all eight of its vessels are now in operation and transporting ethane from the United States to Europe.

The vessels will transport ethane from the United States Mariner East project to Europe under a 15-year shipping deal Evergas signed with Ineos in 2013.

Each ship is 80 meters long and 26.6 meters wide, will mainly use liquefied natural gas as fuel.
