Vessels

Peru’s only liquefied natural gas export facility in Pampa Melchorita sent a cargo of the chilled gas to India.

The 173,400 cbm Sevilla Knutsen left the Peru LNG terminal on October 5, with the final destination of the vessel remaining undisclosed.

This is only the fourth cargo ever sent from Peru to India since the facility began operations in June 2010, and 287th in total, according to Perupetro data.

The export facility has the capacity to produce 4.45 million tonnes of liquefied natural gas per year.
