South Hook books more Qatari LNG

Liquefied natural gas terminal on the shores of the Milford Haven waterway is set to receive a cargo of the Qatari chilled gas.

The 210,000 cbm LNG carrier Al Karaana is scheduled to dock at South Hook terminal’s jetty on November 13, port data reveals.

The delivery comes only three days following the arrival of the 266,000 cbm Q-max LNG carrier, Umm Slal.

The Q-flex LNG carrier was built by South Korea’s Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering and delivered to Qatargas and Nakilat in 2009.
