Thenamaris Suezmax Goes to Elisburg Shipping

Greek ship manager Thenamaris has sold its Suezmax tanker Seatriumph for USD 31 million to Cyprus-based Elisburg Shipping, according to data provided by VesselsValue.

The vessel, which was sold on May 5, will be used for oil storage purposes by oil shipping company CJSC Rosnefteflot.

A five-year time charter contract at USD 24,000 per day contributed to the overall price of the deal.

The tanker was built by South Korea’s shipbuilder Hyundai Samho Heavy Industries in 2002.

According to the vessel’s AIS data provided by Marine Traffic, the tanker is currently anchored in the Black Sea.
