Fast-Attack Submarine Hawaii Officially Launched

Hawaii had its ceremonial launching at Electric Boat shipyard in Groton, where the $2.6 billion boat was constructed. Hawaii Gov. Linda Lingle broke the traditional bottle of bubbly on the submarine. Several other state, local and federal dignitaries also were on hand.
