Dutch maritime contractor Van Oord has deployed iXblue’s Long Baseline (LBL) subsea positioning solution to conduct the installation of 190 offshore wind farm piles in the Bay of Saint-Brieuc, France.
A joint venture company established by two Spanish renewable energy businesses has submitted initial plans for a gigawatt-scale floating offshore wind farm to the Spanish government, informing the authorities of its intention to explore and assess the implementation of the project.
