U.S.-based marine company Crowley and petroleum industry company Seacor Holdings have formed Fairwater Holdings, which integrates Crowley and Seacor’s petroleum and chemical transportation vessels, capabilities and personnel to provide U.S. Jones Act shipping solutions.
