Phase 1 of the Mawei Ship Project Awarded to CCCC

CCCC Second Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd. has recently won the bid for Phase 1 hydraulic works of the special ship project in Mawei (Lianjiang) Ship and Marine Engineering Equipment Park in Fuzhou City, Fujian Province.

The contract value is over $65 million wit the provisional construction period of 24 months.

Located in Lianjiang County, Fuzhou City, the project involves a shipyard, two outfitting quays, a material quay and auxiliary facilities.

Mawei’s marine economic sectors like shipbuilding and aquatic product trading have developed vigorously in recent years. The project is of great significance to building Golden Triangle Economic Circle at Minjiang Estuary.
