Fair Work Australia Suspends Protected Industrial Action at Pluto LNG

Woodside advises that Fair Work Australia has ordered a suspension of protected industrial action at the Pluto LNG Project by 12 Mammoet crane drivers and telescopic forklift operators for a period of three months.

The Order is effective immediately.

During the suspension of the protected industrial action the parties, Mammoet and CFMEU are obliged under the legislation to continue good-faith bargaining in respect of the outstanding claims.

With the immediate return to work, the Pluto LNG Project remains within market guidance, with a target start-up by end February 2011 and first LNG by end March 2011, contingent on a productive industrial relations environment and weather conditions.
