Gazprom Promgaz Gets New Head (Russia)

Yury Spektor was elected as Director General of Gazprom Promgaz.

Yury Spektor was born in 1960 in Ufa. He graduated from Ufa Oil Institute, majoring in Construction of Gas and Oil Pipelines, Gas and Oil Storages. Yury Spektor is a Doctor of Engineering, Professor.

Alexander Karasevich, former Head of Gazprom Promgaz was relieved of his post due to retirement.

Gazprom Promgaz is Gazprom’s leading research center focused on regional energy policy substantiation, gasification, gas distribution and utilization, minor fields and CBM resources development. Moreover, Gazprom Promgaz is the general designer for the Russian Regions Gasification Program.
