Elengy: LNG Truck Loading Service Available at Montoir Terminal

Elengy, a GDF Suez unit, said that an LNG truck loading service is now available at Montoir-de-Bretagne terminal in France with a capacity of up to 4 LNG trucks to be loaded per day.

Road-transported LNG means carrying liquefied natural gas from place to place by truck and has proven the most efficient means of moving small quantities of LNG from A to B – it is the perfect solution for the blossoming market in LNG fuel for ships and trucks and the market for natural gas supply to industrial si tes with no pipe line supplies.

Elengy, which has operated LNG terminals since 1965, is playing a part in the road – transported LNG and LNG fuel boom and is helping to make these products more accessible by offering a truck loading service at Montoir – de – Bretagne LNG terminal.

Ideally located on the edge of the Atlantic, this terminal has an annual reception capacity of 10 billion cbm of natural gas and has received over 2,500 LNG shipments since it was commissioned in 1980.
