AGRI Company Tenders for AGRI LNG Project Feasibility Study (Azerbaijan)

The AGRI LNG Project Company announced the Request for Proposals related to the preparation of the feasibility study, the scope of which is to assess the technical, financial and economical viability of the energy cooperation project.

The project aims to bring natural gas from the Caspian region through Azerbaijan and Georgia territory, its liquefaction and transportation via Black Sea to Romania and Hungary and potentially to other European markets.

By carrying out the Request for Proposals, AGRI Company wants to select a consultant in order to determine scenarios for the project implementation based on the technical and economical analysis, through the works and services for the preparation of the Feasibility Study for the Project.

The purpose of the Request for Proposals is to establish the terms and conditions applicable to the tendering process and to set out the procedure for submission of the Proposals related to the AGRI project.

AGRI Company invited all the companies having necessary experience and capability to carry out the feasibility study to submit their Proposals by the 19th of January 2012.

The Shareholders of AGRI are SOCAR, Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation, MVM from Hungary and Romanian „Romgaz”.

The Chairman of the AGRI Company Board of Directors is representative of SOCAR.
