Ardmore Craig Nets Its 150th Contract
Ardmore Craig, a Darlington based company, has secured its 150th contract award.
The award, from an existing customer, covers the design and build of cable handling equipment and upgrading of a previously supplied lay spread that will be used on an offshore wind farm, the company informed.
Director Andrew Stevenson said that “this was another significant milestone for the business demonstrating the success of the long term relationships it has built with clients who continually come back for its rapidly engineered solutions.”
This contract win comes on the back of another recent design and build award for cable handling equipment with over 100 tonnes of new build equipment.
Stevenson added: “With the latest project underway we will have our equipment designs in operation at five separate locations around Europe associated with the construction of four separate wind farms.”
