Cheniere Prices Public Offering of Common Stock (USA)

Cheniere Energy, Inc. announced the pricing of its previously announced offering of its common stock at a price per share of $10.35.

The size of the offering has been upsized from 8,700,000 shares to 11,000,000 shares.

The company has also granted the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an aggregate of 1,650,000 additional common shares to cover any over-allotments.

The offering is expected to close and settle on June 6, 2011.

The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes.
