The wide product range, combined with a high level of engineering expertise, decades of experience, the highest production quality and global services for the offshore industry includes:
Azimuth Thrusters (360° steerable thrusters)
- Well-, Deck- and Stern mounted
- Contra Rotation
- Shallow Draught
- Tunnel Thrusters with fixed or controllable pitch propeller
Thruster Control Systems
The user friendly ZF ThrusterCommand is designed to control a single azimuth thruster, providing follow-up steering and propulsion control, as well as independent
backup- and emergency stop functionality. The units can be supplied with electric-, diesel- or hydraulic drive systems.
Condition Monitoring System
ZF Condition Monitoring System for Thrusters demonstrates how integrated sensors and advanced data analysis tools can further improve efficiency, reliability and safety on board. Maximize vessel operation time and lower operating costs by prevented / shortened down-time as well as condition based service will lead to an extended lifetime of the monitored systems.
- Reversing and non-reversing
- Hybrid transmissions
- Sail drive
