Dart Completes Placement, Singapore

Dart Energy announced the completion of the Institutional Placement of 131.8 million new ordinary shares at $0.09 per share, raising a total amount of $11.9 million (gross).

A further additional $8.8 million (gross) is expected in early October on completion of the fully underwritten rights issue, Dart said in a statement.
