DBB Jack-Up Services Moves to Horsens

Danish-based O&M jack-up services provider, DBB Jack-Up Services A/S, moved from Aarhus to Bygholm Søpark in Horsens on 1 December, Danish media reports.

Previously located at Aarhus Harbour, the company decided to move due to lack of space. “We had simply outgrown our previous frames in the industrial port of Aarhus and could not expand there,” said Bent Jensen, the company’s sales manager.

In addition to the approximately 18 employees in its administration, DBB Jack-Up Services employs 55 people, who constitute the crews of its three vessels.

“The parent company is about 25 years old, but in 2008 they separated this unit into an independent company, and since then we have grown a lot. Here in Bygholm Søpark we have room to grow further,” Jensen told the national media.
