Exoma: FIRB Approves Supplemental Farmin Agreement (Australia)

Exoma Energy announced that FIRB has approved the transactions contemplated by the Supplemental Farmin Agreement and Subscription Agreement entered into between Exoma and CNOOC.

The agreements remain conditional upon consents from the Chinese Government Authorities and indicative approval from the Queensland Government to the assignment of the interests in the issued ATP’s.

These conditions must be satisfied by 31 December 2012.
