Foster Wheeler Secures Design Contract for Pipeline Project in Gulf of Mexico

 

Foster Wheeler AG, announced today that its Global Engineering and Construction Group has been awarded a detail design contract by Enbridge Offshore Facilities, LLC for the deepwater Walker Ridge Gathering System (WRGS) export gas pipelines and the deepwater Big Foot (BGF) export oil pipeline located in the Walker Ridge (WR) area of the Gulf of Mexico.

The contract value, which was not disclosed, will be included in the company’s first-quarter 2011 bookings. Foster Wheeler’s work on the design contract is expected to be completed during the second quarter of 2011.
