Carnival pay rules challenged

15,000 may be owed overtime, suit contends. Carnival Cruise Lines failed to pay overtime to as many as 15,000 cruise ship workers, a lawsuit filed in federal court in Miami alleges. The suit was filed on behalf of a half-dozen waiters, cabin attendants and kitchen employees on various Carnival ships.
