They say politics and mining are tough, but it doesn’t get much more dangerous than working on boats.

And fishing trawlers are especially dangerous – a fact highlighted by last week’s close call for a Mooloolaba-based crew who narrowly escaped tragedy when their boat was hit by a container ship.
