NDRC Approves CNOOC-Exoma Deal (Australia)

Exoma Energy announced that China’s National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) has approved the terms of the Supplemental Farmin Agreement and Subscription Agreement between Exoma and CNOOC Galilee Gas Company Pty Ltd (CNOOC).

Exoma has previously announced that FIRB and Queensland Government approval of the transactions has been received.

The agreements remain conditional upon approval by other Chinese Government authorities by 31 December 2012.
