Picture of the Day: Gate LNG Jetty

The Gate LNG import terminal located at the entrance to the Port of Rotterdam consists of three storage tanks, two jetty’s and a process area where the LNG is regasified. 

The terminal has a throughput capacity of 12 billion m3 (bcm) per annum. The initiators and partners in the Gate terminal are Gasunie and Vopak.
